Where’s the link to access my course?

After purchasing, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to access your course.

This link will take you to the course overview section where you can begin.

How do I log in?

To view a course, you need to be logged in with the username and password you set up when you first made your purchase.

Select “Log In” in the top right of the menu bar on the dPS courses homepage and enter your details.

What if I’ve forgotten my password?

Don’t worry, just click on the green “Lost Password” link on the log in page, then enter your username or email address. We’ll send you a link to create a new password.

How long are the course videos available?

Your purchase grants you lifetime access – and you can choose to stream or download each video.

I’m having trouble streaming/downloading the videos. What do I do?

For streaming problems, the Vimeo website (the platform that hosts our course videos) is your best point of call.

For other queries, feel free to get in touch with our friendly Support Team. Just be sure to include your purchase receipt details for prompt assistance.

What type of file are the downloads?

The download files are MP4 and will play on most (if not all) media players.

If you have any issues trying to play these files, we recommend you download the free VLC Player which is very lightweight and compatible with Mac, Windows and Linux.

Can I order a course DVD?

Sorry, not at this stage. Courses are available in a digital capacity only.
